Since version 1.2, miCal's startup and overall performance has been improved and is clearly faster on every device. Nevertheless, you should use a 3GS or higher, because there can be performance and memory issues on 3G devices.

What's new in Version 2.5
Major update to version 2.5 with a large number new features and improvements!

Please note: due to an internal reorganisation, miCal shows up with all calendars after this update. Goto Calendars in the miCal menu and deactivate any unwanted calendars.

+ choose a custom or predefined color for calendars and events. Colors can be stored to quickly choose a custom color
+ zoom in with a two finger pinch gesture into day and week view. That enlarges or shrinks the time line. (3gs or higher required)
+ show day or work time in white and off time in gray in day and landscape week calendar (start end and time of a day can be changed in section "Calendar" in the settings)
+ show more days in future in dashboard list (can be changed in section "Dashboard" in the settings)
+ An events location now detects addresses. Click on an highlighted address to quickly jump into the google maps app
+ a standard reminder for all day events can now be configured as a time (e.g. 11:00 on the day of the all day event)
+ reminders can now be configured as absolute dates
+ long tapping on a small month calendar in dashboard or week view opens that month in detail
+ current day is highlighted in the small month calendar in week calendar
