Description
One Minute Relaxation makes you aware of your heart rate and respiration rate. This awareness gives you more self-control over your energy and your emotions. Relaxation sessions make you a better person.
A Relaxation Session has three steps:
* Measure your heart rate by taping each beat on the screen.
* Follow the respiration guide during 1 minute and slow down your respiration rate.
* Measure your heart rate again.
The post-session screen gives you details about your relaxation and give you a relaxation score. Experience points allow you to improve your level. The more you relax, the higher your level is. Do you have what it takes to become a Zen Master?
A convenient feature allows you to have two (2) reminders to relax everyday (notifications).
Everybody should take at least one minute to breathe and relax twice a day!
Scientific research has shown that relaxation improves your immune system response, digestion, and brain functions. There are many other benefits to taking breaks and meditating.
